How can I reach Customer Service?

- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and PayPal, Klarna USA Payments (for Buy Now, Pay Later/credit purchases), and other payment types as seen at the bottom of the site.
- What is your return/exchange policy?
We have a 30-day No-Hassle returns policy on all items, except for beauty and cosmetics items, for hygenic purposes. For international returns and exchanges, please use our Contact Us page and place "Returns" in the subject line and one of our team members will be happy to help you and extend your return time span.
- I see that some items say discontinued final sale. What does that mean?
All final sale or discontinued items are items that we will not restock once they sell out. These items are also unable to be returned. You may still exchange unworn pieces that are in the original condition and packaging for another size or color by contacting us within 14 days of the date of delivery.
- I received a gift item. How can I exchange it?
You can return or exchange your gift in our Shipping and Returns process. If you are an International (non-U.S.) customer, please use our Contact Us form on our Contact Us page, and we will help you get the item to you as soon as possible.
- I changed my mind; can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible, so that one of our team members can assist you. If your order has been shipped, you still have the option of returning your order within 30 days.
- I accidentally ordered the wrong size! Can I exchange my item?
Of course! You can change your order by clicking on the contact form and we will respond within 24 hours.
- I forgot to enter my promotional code when I placed my order. Is it too late to redeem it?
Not at all! Please email us with your order number and promotional code to redeem your offer. We will verify that the offer was valid at the time of purchase and then issue you the credit to your preferred method of payment, even your store account, if you'd like.
- How can I pre-order an item?
Many of our fashion items are available for pre-order. If you do not see a pre-order button on the item's page, please contact us via the Contact Us page and we will do our best to help you order the item you want.
-What is coming soon?
Sometimes, we place items on or site to draw interest to them before they hit our warehouses. That just means that these items are on the way and will be in our system soon. So if you want one of these items, you can simply pre-order it.
- You are sold out pf the size/color of an item I love, can I special order it?
We are happy to assist you in getting the item(s) you want. You can use our pre-order button to purchase this item. Or, feel free to use our Contact Us page and we'll help you get what you want!
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do.
- Do you ship to multiple addresses?
If you plan to ship to multiple addresses, please let us know as soon as possible. You may either do separate transactions for each shipping address, or you may email us via the Contact Us page before you make your purchase. Additional shipping charges may apply.
- I need my order right away. How soon can you ship?
Standard shipping will take between 3-5 business days from shipment to delivery. For faster delivery we offer Priority Delivery (2-4 business days), Rush Concierge Overnight (1 business day) or Saturday Delivery Rush Concierge w/ Overnight. For Saturday Delivery Rush Concierge w/ Overnight service, orders must be received before 6pm EST on Friday.
- What time should I make my purchase by in order to be eligible for next day delivery?
Next day orders placed before 6pm on Friday will arrive the next business day, or Monday.
- I am purchasing a gift, do you gift wrap? Can I ship it straight to them?
Absolutely! At check out, we offer gift wrap for $5. You can also personalize a note that we will include inside the package.
- How will I know where my item is and when it will arrive?
Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. This allows you to see when your order is coming. (Please note that some carriers take up to 12 hours to post the status of shipment on their website).
