Shipping and Returns

-We ship worldwide! We offer free standard domestic shipping on all orders of $50 or more. Expedited shipping and international shipping rates not included. ***Rates are calculated in real time and are subject to change.
-We use USPS for grounds shipping, FedEx for expedited and international shipping services.
    -Note for US shipping: Orders typically process and ship via USPS Ground within 3-5 business days within receipt of your purchase. However, orders placed Friday after 2pm through Sunday will ship out Monday.
    -If you need an item to arrive within 1-3 business days, please select the expedited shipping option that's available at checkout.
    ***Please note that furniture and some home goods items (i.e. wall hangings, etc., may take a little longer than the specified delivery date).
    -Discounted/clearance, discontinued or close out items may take an additional 24-48 hours for us to process. 
    -All high volume orders may take an additional 48 hours to process in order to help determine the validity of the order and to reduce the instances of fraudulent purchases.
    -Note for International shipping: Shipping is free for international orders over $100.
    -International orders may be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days; however, due to customs, and other international shipping regulations, your item may reach you in 14 days or less. In some instances, an order may be delayed greater than this time. In addition, aside from the shipping cost, upon receiving shipments, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the import and customs, duties and fees that are incurred as a result of the international shipment.
    -If you refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to BohAwesome.
    -Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items due to any parcel service fault. ***However, if you contact us about a lost package, we will be happy to file a claim with the postal service on your behalf in order to help you get your package returned/or assist with resolving the matter.
    Returns considerations:
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing insurance and using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Returns Eligibility:
    ***All returned items must be in new condition (unwashed, unworn, free from dirt, dust, or fragrances, with the tags still attached) and in the same plastic bag and same exact condition that you received it in.

    Any item that fails to meet these requirements will not be accepted under any circumstance.

    Please notify us ahead of time before shipping your return to us. Without prior notification or the Return Authorization Number (given through email) your return may not be accepted or processed.

    Refund policy:
    -Our returns policy is a No-Hassle policy that lasts 30 days. So merchandise must be returned within 30 days (to the below return address) of receiving your order and the tracking number emailed to Once your item is received and passes our inspection you may receive a full refund for the purchase amount, or store credit or store gift card in the same amount, minus the cost of shipping.
    -You will receive email confirmation once your return is processed, letting you know that your refund has been applied to the payment method used, or has been applied to a BohAwesome gift card, or your account. You will be allowed to choose the refund method that works best for you.
    If the product is defective, we would be happy to exchange your item.
    -For all Special orders (applied discount codes), sale items and discounted items, any refund applied will be offered at the discounted or clearance pay rate.

    Partial Returns:
    -For partial returns, please mark the item being returned on your invoice then include the invoice in the return package before sealing it up and shipping it back to BohAwesome.

    Additional non-returnable items:
    -If you're returning an item because you changed you mind, once an item has been purchased and processed, we cannot offer an exchange or return for that reason.
